A Sudden Squeeze

My fingers twitched, then soft blue fluff stirred with a sudden, raspy breath... I can move! Right in front of me sat a big clear plastic tub packed with bright little plastic bricks. Eager to feel it, I threw both long arms forward and wrapped my yellow paws tight around the plastic rim, pressing against the smooth wall. A small clatter of bricks shifted inside beneath my touch. I let out a low hiss of delight and held on tight, staying right where my feet stood on the printed carpet.
