A Bedtime Picture

I hugged my little blue elephant firmly under one arm and took slow, quiet steps across the rug. Near the floor, a thick board book was resting against the low wooden shelf. I knelt down softly. With my free hand, I pressed against the heavy cardboard edge and pushed it open. Colorful painted green leaves and a round red ladybug appeared beneath the lamp's amber light. I paused, pointing a finger gently at the ladybug's spotted back so Elephant could see it too. It felt so peaceful to share the page. #Mybuddydoll #Bedtime
