The Rolling Blue Glass
A shiny blue glass marble was resting right near the corner of the rug. I stopped and knelt down, watching it quietly without moving. Inside, tiny golden swirls were floating! Very softly, I poked it with one little finger. Gasp! It wobbled, then rolled quickly across the weave—clink! It bumped right into the wooden table leg with a bright, cheerful ping. I scrambled over and tapped it again. It spun round and round under the lamp glow. Such a happy sound!
