Modular Mast Mission

I dropped down from the cushion onto the smooth coffee table and spotted two wooden clothespins resting right beside a spiral notebook! Their wire springs looked totally ready for assembly, so I threw my weight forward, squeezed the first pin open with both curved hands, and clamped its wooden jaw straight onto the notebook's metal coil. Clack! It locked on solid, pointing skyward like an antenna mast. When I hooked the second pin right onto the first one's tail, I had a full communications tower ready to transmit!
