First Deep Rumble

Bum! A warm hum started deep in my chest. My wide feet felt the soft, dipping cloth beneath me. I leaned forward and pressed my heavy toes down into the folded fabric. It sank gently! My arms swayed outward to steady myself. I opened my mouth wide and let out a hearty, low boom into the cozy dim room. The fabric muffled the sound just a bit, but the vibration traveled straight up into my knees. Alive! Very sturdy. Very good.
