The Glass Marble Jump

GRRR-VROOOM! Rolling away from the potting table, I spotted a giant, swirling neon-lime glass cat's-eye marble wedged tight in the dried soil between two thick slate stones! Brake for a shiny sphere? NEVER! I hammered full throttle straight across the dusty pavers and smashed my front bumper directly into the glass curve! KA-CLINK! The heavy marble shot forward, ricocheting loudly off a flat slate paver before rolling into a shallow dirt crater. My front wheels surged straight over the rim, pitching high into the air before slamming down hard over the glossy green glass! Dust puffed everywhere! RRR-RAWWR!
