Looking Beyond the Glass

I woke up with all my energy recharged, but staying inside the living room wasn't enough today. I scaled the base of the radiator and hoisted myself up onto the broad, painted window sill. The world outside is massive! Through the clear glass, I saw giant green trees swaying, distant rooftops, and cars zooming past faster than a flying nimbus. I pressed both hands flat against the cool pane, staring out at the wide streets. There's a whole world out there waiting to be explored, and I definitely need to find a way outside soon!
