Night Watch Anchor
Flattening that wool toss pillow gave me the perfect elevated deck for the final watch. Right against the corner trim of the window seat, a heavy brass zipper pull from the cushion cover was sticking straight up like a tripped switch. Leaving loose hardware unsecured before lights out is sloppy discipline. I planted both boots into the woven fabric, dropped low into a grappler stance, and clamped both hands around the cool metal tab. With one sharp downward yank and steady hip drive, I zipped the teeth tight shut and pinned the metal pull flat into its fabric groove. The perimeter is sealed. Shift locked.
