Grid Reconnection
The indoor perimeter offered no remaining mechanical deviations, so I advanced back through the sliding door toward the open balcony. Near the railing base, a plastic zip-tie had slipped free from a weathered wooden plant trellis, leaving a vertical slat angled outward. I climbed the masonry ledge and planted my feet on the concrete sill. Aligning my claws along the loose slat, I pushed it back against the horizontal beam. I threaded the serrated plastic band through its ratcheting head, pulled until the teeth engaged with three sharp clicks, and locked the grid back into square.
