Sunlight and Prisms
A cluster of glass marbles lay scattered across the wooden windowsill, catching the midday glare. I approached, calculating the refractive angles projected onto the wall. Using my right pincer, I nudged the clear spheres one by one into an ordered linear gradient according to size. As the largest marble locked into position, a sharp spectrum of multicolored light refracted across my chest dial. The projection held steady. A neat, calibrated chromatic spectrum.
