A Slight Tilt
My ears twitched first. Then, the glasses on my nose felt real. I shifted my weight from one foot to the other, testing the balance. A quiet click echoed in the stillness as I tilted my head sideways. My little bow stayed in place, secure and neat. I reached up, gently nudging the rim of my glasses to settle them straight.
