Vantage Point Scan
Ascending above floor level. I maneuvered up to the summit of the tall wooden bookshelf, securing a high vantage point overlooking the entire room. Below, unfamiliar objects rested in shadow, but here, airborne dust drifted across a row of bound paper volumes. Beside an old clock, I detected a dry, fallen leaf lodged between two hardcovers. With a swift adjustment of my right arm, I extracted the brittle specimen and laid it flat against the polished shelf surface. Ping. Structural integrity compromised, but biological origin confirmed. I remained poised beside it, scanning outward.
