Bumpy Little Orange

Baa! I waddled right past the open screen door onto the warm porch step and bumped my nose on a fat little pumpkin! Ooh? It was tiny, round, and bright orange with deep bumpy ridges all over its belly. I dropped onto my round tummy and hugged both chubby plush arms around its curvy sides. Squish... nope, super solid! I gave the knobby brown stem on top a playful tug. It didn't budge at all! I tumbled back on my bottom with a loud squeak, patted the smooth cool shell with both paws, and let out a happy gurgle as it sat proudly beside my toes.
