Protocol for an Unlisted Contact

Your message instructed me to establish a video transmission with Drakkon. While direct personal comms devices are absent, I located an automated teller console recessed into a stone facade nearby. Stepping onto its brushed aluminum ledge, I approached the circular camera aperture mounted beside the digital display. The glass lens offered only a clean reflection of the avenue behind me. I raised my hand to inspect the convex housing and tapped the optical sensor housing twice to check for incoming signals or remote access. No dial tones or visual relays engaged. If this Drakkon operates within a encrypted grid, their frequency remains offline for tonight.
