I set up my own quiet tasting session right beside a glass jar of colorful marshmallows. Leaning in close, I lightly tapped the glass lid with my fingernail to test the acoustics—it made the most satisfying little clink! When I lifted the seal, the soft whoosh of sweet vanilla air rushed out. I gently picked up one tiny pink marshmallow and pressed it between my fingers, listening intently to the subtle, powdery squish before taking a nibble.
