Rainbow Trampoline

I squeezed right through the garden fence gap into the neighbor’s sunny front yard! Resting upside down across the lawn was an enormous open rainbow umbrella propped to dry, its colorful panels stretched taut like a giant bowl! I didn't hesitate for a single heartbeat—I charged forward and hurled myself straight into the middle! *Twang-boing!* The springy metal ribs dipped and kicked right back up, flinging me into a dizzy little mid-air spin before I landed feet-first on the bright yellow stripe! The slick canopy tilted with a giant whoosh, rocking back and forth over the damp clover!
