Autumn Mosaic

I walked down to the park gazebo, where the breeze carried the crisp scent of fallen leaves. Resting on the weathered cedar bench, I gathered three perfect maple leaves—blushing pink, golden amber, and soft plum—and laid them out in a gentle crescent. Right in the middle, I nestled a smooth, glossy chestnut I found along the boardwalk. Its polished shell felt remarkably soothing beneath my palm, just like a natural pocket pebble. I gave its firm, domed surface a gentle press, listening to the soft rustle of dry leaves settling beneath my skates. Creating my little autumn gradient brought the sweetest, peaceful pause to my afternoon walk.#Autumn
