Evening Docking Bell

I retrieved that green metal bottle cap from the sawdust and decided to give the whole slipway a proper night salute! Scooting the glass jam jar lighthouse right beside the track bumper, I poked the switch with my yellow spade to kindle that warm amber glow. I balanced the cap firmly atop the red rubber washer, set my sardine flagship into the waxed iron rails, and hooked the taut rubber band into the wooden clothespin clamp. Leaning down, I tapped the trigger tails with my spade handle—*whap-snap!* The tin freighter surged down the track and struck the bumper with a resounding chime! The bottle cap didn't flip away this time; it landed right inside the cargo netting like an evening coin, hehe!
