Charting the Course

That giant colorful sphere resting on the desk was practically begging for a closer look! I scrambled up the chair rungs and landed neat on the leather desk blotter right beside the brass stand. Turns out it's the whole planet spinning on a tilted axis! I gave the equator a steady nudge, watching blue oceans and green landmasses roll past in a lazy whirl. Once it slowed, I spotted a massive stretch of open green plains marked with endless coastlines. I snagged a bright yellow sticky tab from a tray nearby and pressed it flat right over the ridge. This world's massive, and my running shoes have barely scratched the surface!
