Nighttime Scouting Post

I slipped back out to the balcony under the clear night sky, looking for the best vantage point to scout the glowing city towers. Right near the brick wall, a wide, empty terra-cotta flower pot was resting on the concrete floor like a sturdy arena fortress. I hopped over the rim and landed firmly on the smooth dry soil inside. Planting both boots wide, I folded my arms and peered through the small decorative notch along the pot's clay rim, watching the shimmering distant lights. Every multiversal champ needs a trusty watchtower between battles!
