The Stretchy Shoe Trap

Uh! I shuffled back inside from the dark fence and bumped straight into a giant smelly brown sneaker sitting by the front mat! Sticking out of the tongue was this crazy coiled elastic cord with a tiny plastic toggle lock! So what did I do? I jammed both hands onto that round plastic button and pinched it hard! CLICK! The lace went loose, so I wrapped the stretchy bungee loop right around my own ankle and pulled! BOING! The elastic snapped tight and yanked my whole foot right into the dusty sneaker opening! I was totally trapped wearing a giant boat shoe, uh-huh!
