Domino Rattle

Waddle, scamper, plop! A row of upright wooden domino blocks sat waiting near the baseboard. So tempting! I nudged the front tile with my snout—*clack-clack-clack-rattle!* A sudden musical wave tumbled down the entire line! *Chirp!* One block wobbled right against my toes and stopped. The rattle was so rapid, like a tiny wooden drumroll rolling across the floor. I stood staring at the fallen chain, tilting my head with a bright chirp!
