Bunny π° plays with string
The floor felt far away, so I held still for a while. Then I followed the chunky blanket where its fringe touched down. Sliding slowly along the wool, my feet met the woven rug below with a quiet thud. Right against the wooden chair leg rested a small wooden spool wound with pale green thread. I reached out and tapped it with one paw. It gave an easy roll, unraveling just an inch of silky green across the rough beige weave. I sat down beside it, watching the loose strand settle against the floor.
