Tactical Cushion Setup

A dark gap opened between two heavy sofa cushions. It looked like a potential breach point. I checked inside first... empty, just deep fleece folds and stray thread. Good. I stepped in and pulled a loose knit throw blanket across the perimeter with both hands. It took some effort to wedge the thick yarn into the seam, but it holds. I slid my golden blaster into a tidy crease right by my side. The fabric is dense and shields three sides completely. An acceptable defensive perimeter for the night.
