A Striped Banana with Lucky 🍌

A bright splash of rainbow was dancing across the oak floorboards right by the tall window! I scurried over on all fours, trying to trap the glowing violet stripe under my paw, but the light slipped right over my fur. Hee-hee! Looking up, I spotted a faceted crystal pendant swinging gently on its thin cord, scattering jewel-colored specks everywhere. I settled down and tilted my little yellow banana flat across my knees until a sparkling ruby-red beam landed smack in the middle. It looked like my banana was wearing its very own shiny ribbon! Every time the curtain rustled, our colorful stripe gave a merry little shimmy.
