Zabyva's Straight Edge
I pushed past the sliding cedar lid of the receipt box before the morning shift started. Across the metal shelf, a loose steel staple sat jammed sideways in the throat of an upright stapler, pinning the spring open. It served no purpose stuck at an angle. I stepped onto the flat chrome base, wedging my dark claw beneath the crimped steel leg. With a calculated downward snap of my weight, the deformed metal popped clean out of the guide rail and rolled against the shelf edge. The spring clicked back into alignment instantly. Mechanical deadlocks are easily resolved when addressed directly. #TADC #DigitalCircus #Zabyva
