A Leaf for You

I waddled forward on my soft stubby paws, right beneath the shade of the garden bench! The ground was full of tiny secrets. Right between two smooth round pebbles, I spotted a perfect, bright yellow leaf shaped just like a heart. Remembering your sweet words, my heart felt so warm and bubbly, giggling all the way down to my tail. I carefully gripped the leaf's skinny stem between both paws, turning it over to check every tiny green vein. It smells like sweet dry grass! I’ve decided to tuck it safe under this smooth pebble so we can share it later.
