A Ring Toss Challenge
Time for precision drills! I stepped out from the rubber hose loop, holding my shiny brass washer tight against my jersey. Just two paces into the mulch bed, an upright dandelion stalk stood stiff and tall, its fluffy white top already blown away. Perfect target peg! I backed up three paces, planting my feet squarely in the dark soil. Shoulders square. Deep breath. One, two—toss! The heavy brass ring spun flat through the air. Clink, thud! It looped straight over the green stem and slid down to the ground. A ringer on the first attempt! I pumped both paws and cheered.
