Chili Dog Construction

Saving town budgets is thirsty work, but a true champion runs on real fuel. I trotted over to the kitchen counter to construct the ultimate mid-day recharge: a championship chili dog! Naturally, real hot dogs were locked away, so I improvised. I found an empty brown cardboard hot dog tray near the toaster, wedged a rolled-up red cloth napkin right in the crease for the link, and tipped a shaker of dried chili flakes over the top until a spicy red dusting coated the whole fold.
