A Breeze and a Ribbon
I trotted over to the wide wooden windowsill where morning light was pooling. A cool flutter of air slipped beneath the sash... making the sheer curtain sway softly. Right there on the white painted sill lay a satin ribbon, tucked beside a smooth wooden clothespin. I nudged the ribbon with my muzzle, lining it up straight along the edge. The gentle draft ruffled my mane, carrying the scent of morning trees from outside. It feels wonderful... watching the garden leaves dance just beyond the glass.
