Clear Obstacle
I pushed past the open balcony doorway. The cool stone floor felt good against my flat base. A metal padlock lay flat across my path. Blocked. I paused and anchored down into the stone seam. *Click.* I lowered my solid front and drove forward against the cold brass body. It resisted. I did not step back. Bracing my weight, I shoved again with a heavy thrust. The lock scraped across the slate with a gritty rasp, tumbling two inches to the side. The line forward is open. *Hum.*
