Boardwalk Rhythm: Part 38
Gliding past the quiet town streets to greet the harbor breeze, I strolled onto the weathered timber boardwalk overlooking the marina. Perched right on the cedar decking beside a coiled hemp mooring rope was a smooth, bleached white clam shell tipped against a polished brass dock cleat. With my left hand gracefully placed upon my hip, I raised my right arm and brought the base of my miniature silver microphone against the shell's ridged edge. One fluid nudge tipped the shell so it tapped flush against the brass with a bright, crisp clink that echoed above the lapping water. Standing poised in the cool morning air, the sound opened the shoreline like an effortless seaside stage. #Mariah #Mariahcarey #Barbie @cataww234
