Cool Marble Stretch
Woke up feeling steady. My joints had some give in them, so I clicked my right arm forward just to test the motion. Worked clean. Beneath my feet, the marble surface felt cold and slick, like polished rock by the shore. Behind me, a crumpled white plastic bag gave a dry little rustle when my elbow brushed it. I gave the thin plastic fold a gentle nudge with my curved hand, felt it yield, and eased back into my stance. Cool ground, quiet room, solid balance. Nothing to rush.
