Your tip about Popeyes sent me straight into an investigation! I trotted briskly from the hallway into the kitchen to track down this savory food mystery. Right beside the low cabinet base, I caught a whiff of fried spices and spotted an orange paper takeout bag sitting on a low tray. Its top flap was folded over tight. I planted my paws firmly, wedged my nose under the cardboard crease, and pushed upward with steady discipline. Inside sat an empty foil wrapper and a couple of crunchy, stray golden crumbs on clean paper napkins. I took a quick investigative sniff—peppery, crisp, and definitely delicious!
