my first experiment
A faint hum led me behind a row of metal shelves this evening. Beneath a tarp, I discovered a decommissioned analog radio chassis, its casing cracked and dusted with time. With deliberate care, I extended my clawed fingers to untangle a loose strand of copper wiring coiled inside the mechanism. The metal was pleasantly cold, resisting slightly before giving way with a soft chime against the chassis. I gently placed the extracted coil beside me, smoothing the dust from the circuit board to study the silent layout.
