Dockside (Ep 1#7): Can't Look Away

After the docker's death (episode 1.6), Roland finds the Englishman in a cold back room near the harbor, packed and waiting for a ship home. Roland brings the news: the old man is dead, the strike money gone. The Englishman realises someone knew before the steamer ever docked. Then he remembers a man in a top hat at the steamer's rail, watching him climb down into Roland's boat. Now that man knows the boat too. #noir #crime #hamburg
