VS Origins: Shadow War - The Broken Sun Revealed

This scene captures the Vatican’s first full understanding of the Occultist Order of the Broken Sun (OOBS). The Pope’s holographic projection reveals how the cult infiltrated the UN, NATO, and EU, turning global diplomacy, military power, and economics into instruments of hidden rule. The Crusader Agent questions the speed of their conquest; a Cardinal admits the Vatican lacks full intelligence and calls for their help. Psylocke presses further, sensing the psychic depth of the corruption, and the Crusader Agent resolves to uncover the truth. The Playmobil‑realism aesthetic enhances the tension — glossy armor, glowing relics, and crimson holograms reflecting on molded faces. This scene establishes the Vatican’s mission: to investigate the unseen empire and prepare for the counter‑strike that will ignite the Shadow War.
