A Flawless Reflection
Tired of looking at those motionless purple lumps down on the floor, I hauled my soft self up onto the low wooden coffee table. It was quite an effort for such delicate paws, but someone had to elevate the scenery. Right in the center sat a pristine glass coaster, catching the midday glare. I leaned over, softly patting the slick surface until my own red-marked face stared back with immaculate poise. Naturally, it was a vast improvement over everything else in this room. I gave the glass one smug, possessive swipe, leaving a tiny smudge of plush dust right across my reflected nose.
