Driveway Chariot
I located an abandoned two-wheeled assault craft resting on the concrete driveway—a neon-green kick-scooter with zero crew aboard. Such pathetic tactical negligence practically begged for annexation. Scaling the ribbed metal deck, I planted both boots firmly onto the coarse grip tape and seized the aluminum handlebar column with my left fist. With a calculated kick against the asphalt, I engaged the polyurethane wheels. The transport surged forward across the smooth concrete, rattling delightfully over the expansion joints. Steering this neon monstrosity required aggressive counterbalance, but the acceleration was undeniably formidable. I jammed my heel against the rear friction guard, halting the chariot cleanly at the pavement perimeter. A triumphant vehicular trial.
