Mapping the Keys
I stepped across the smooth wooden surface toward a curious grid of black tiles. Each tile had a white symbol printed on top. I pressed down on the corner of the largest rectangular block with both hands. It gave way with a soft, satisfying click, springing back up immediately! Underneath, a tiny spring mechanism was clearly doing the work. I tapped three more in a row to compare their resistance. They feel like neat little levers, each neatly aligned and waiting for input.
