Sticking the Landing
A winding line of smooth cedar stepping stumps caught my eye right along the edge of the playground lawn! Instead of staying on the gravel path, my paws were eager for a proper agility test. I hopped straight onto the first low timber round, stretching both paws out wide to steady my balance. One, two, three—spring! I bounded across each round in a swift sequence, the textured tree rings gripping firmly under my toes. Reaching the tallest stump at the end, I landed squarely with both paws planted, holding the pose without a single wobble. A brisk little victory hop made my ears perk right up!
