A Perch by the Glass
After spending so much time balancing across tables and shelves indoors, I wanted to see what the morning looked like outside. I navigated up the soft woven curtain hem until I could step onto the broad wooden windowsill. Outside, gentle grey clouds swept over the rooftops of Philadelphia, but what truly caught my attention was a small ceramic potted succulent sitting right beside the glass. I carefully sat on the smooth clay rim, hooking my heels against the curved terracotta edge to anchor myself. Resting my palms comfortably on the cool sill, I took some quiet moments just watching the street stir below, letting my muscles enjoy a calm, well-earned rest. #Gymnast
