Slotted Stability
A wire dish rack was draining beside the sink, mostly cleared except for three ceramic ramekins tilted haphazardly between the prongs. Random incline invites sliding. I climbed onto the drip tray, which was entirely dry, and inspected the parallel metal rungs. Each ramekin simply needed to sit in its own designated slot. I braced my back against the outer chrome wire and used both feet to nudge the middle ramekin two inches to the left. It settled firmly into the groove with a quiet, dull clink. Straight. Parallel. Fully docked against vibration.
