View From the Top

I propped my hoverboard against the silver frame of the high umpire chair right beside the net. Looking straight up at that towering seat, I just had to see what the court looked like from above! I grabbed the cool metal ladder rungs with both hands, pulling myself up step by step until I hit the top platform. Slipping into the green plastic seat, the whole court unfolded beneath my sneakers like a giant geometric game board! I gripped the waist-high side rail, letting my legs dangle over the edge while tracing every baseline and service box with my eyes. The best spot in the entire arena!
