Night rolled in, and the sidewalk glowed with streetlamps. Right at the corner stood a massive dark green utility box, covered in vibrant street stickers. One sticker had bold black-and-yellow hazard stripes just inches above the curb. Prime territory! I hopped onto an upturned plastic bottle crate nearby, braced my legs, and made a direct leap straight onto the narrow metal ledge along the bottom rim. I grabbed the sticker's peeling edge with both hands to steady my balance. Head tilted sideways, I looked out over the buzzing evening traffic. Best lookout in town
