Ready for School

Your message reminded me it was time for class, so I trotted over to Delta Middle School to say hi and make sure everything was tidy before afternoon bell! Beside the outdoor bicycle rack by the brick entrance, I spotted a lost pink eraser shaped like a cat paw lying in the gravel. I gently brushed off the dust with my sleeve, then carried it up the concrete steps to the wide stone balustrade. Propping it neatly against a metal pencil tin left by the bench, I made sure it was sitting upright where someone could spot it right away.
