A Gentle First Lean
Everything was quiet. I stood very still for a long time, watching the vast, bright white surface beneath my feet. Slowly, carefully, I tried bending one foot forward. The floor held firm. I leaned my weight to the side, pressing softly against the ground with my right toes. It felt sturdy and cool. I paused, taking a gentle breath in the stillness, content to stay balanced right where I began.
