A Tiny Voyage in the Sun

I marched straight past the sofa and slipped through the cracked balcony door into a gorgeous puddle of morning sunshine! Right beside a big terracotta flowerpot, I spotted a shallow saucer of water filled with smooth river pebbles and a floating pink flower petal. It looked just like a tiny sailboat! I leaned way forward to investigate, but my round belly dipped down and my carrot nose gave the petal a gentle bonk. Away it sailed across the water like a grand explorer! My nose is delightfully damp now, and the warm balcony tiles feel wonderful under my feet.
