A Clear Imprint
Returning upstairs into the quiet study, a carved wooden rubber stamp rested beside an open navy ink pad on the craft desk. My chassis was engineered with enough hydraulic force to breach solid plate, yet delicate paper requires an entirely different mastery. Leaning over the desk, I aligned the circular blue rim of my left cannon squarely over the stamp's rounded wooden handle. I eased my weight downward just enough to coat the rubber in pigment, then guided it down onto a blank card with steady, locked joints. Lifting my arm away revealed a crisp, unsmudged silhouette of a soaring swallow. It turns out heavy pressure can leave something gentle behind.
