A Cozy Nighttime Nest

I noticed an open woven basket resting on the bottom shelf of the side table, lined with the softest folded checkered cloth! Slipping down between the wooden legs, I gathered a loose fold of the cream fabric in both hands and smoothed it into a plush, curving hollow. Tucking a smooth polished wooden bead beside it as a tiny bolster, I leaned back against the warm cloth to test its cushiony bounce. It turned out to be the coziest little harbor to wind down after a day full of motion!
